Delete Your Account

1. Open the PaperSetu app and log in.
2. Go to the Profile tab and tap Delete my account (below Log out).
3. Enter your password to confirm and tap Delete.

• Staff users (delivery boys, managers, collectors): your login and personal details are erased immediately.
• Agency owners: deleting the owner means deleting the whole agency, so this sends us a request. We call your registered mobile to confirm and delete the agency within 30 days. Until then your account keeps working.

Contact us from the mobile number registered on the account and tell us your agency code, your name and that you want the account deleted. We verify who you are by phone before deleting anything.

• Staff account: name, mobile number, email, profile photo, password and the phone notification token. The account row stays only as an anonymised “Deleted user” so that history it was part of (for example a delivery marked on a given day) is not broken.
• Agency account: the agency’s customers, subscriptions, delivery records, bills, payments, vendors, settings and all of its users.

Billing and payment records are kept for as long as accounting, tax and legal rules require, and payment-gateway transaction records stay with the payment provider under its own rules. Security and audit logs keep only an anonymised user reference. Nothing is kept for advertising.

• Staff accounts: deleted immediately.
• Agency accounts: confirmed with the owner and deleted within 30 days of the request.
